Terms & Conditions

We are governed by the European Distance Selling Regulations 2000. Our terms and conditions reflect the guidelines set out by the governing body

  1. Any details given by the customer will not be passed on to any 3rd parties unless authorised by the customer.
  2. A deposit of 25% of the total package price will be payable as soon as the order is made.
  3. A 14 days cooling off period will be allowed for all customers.
  4. No deposits will be returned after the 14 days cooling off period.
  5. After the 14 day cooling off period we will then actively book your package and services on your behalf. For the date we have agreed (subject to availability).
  6. All wedding packages must be signed off by the client before any bookings can complete.
  7. Every signed order we receive forms an agreement contract between affordable dream weddings and the customer.
  8. The agreement with Affordable Dream Weddings will terminate the day after the wedding day as agreed in writing with the customer.
  9. Full Payment must be made no later than eight weeks before your wedding date. Failure to pay by this date may result in your wedding being cancelled with no refund being available.
  10. Late payments may incur Extra costs and may result in your wedding Package being cancelled with no refund being available.
  11. All cheques must be made payable to Affordable Dream Weddings.
  12. Cancellation rights states that the customer at anytime during the 14 days cooling off period may cancel there agreement with Affordable dream weddings as long as it is made in writing. The agreement will then be cancelled with no penalties and the customer will receive there 25% deposit back.
  13. Cancellations After the 14 days cooling off period until eight weeks of your wedding date. The customer may cancel there agreement with Affordable Dream Weddings as long as it is made in writing. The agreement will then be cancelled. The penalty for cancelling in this period is 35% of the total package price.
  14. Cancellations from eight weeks until four weeks to the date of your wedding. The customer may cancel there agreement with Affordable Dream Weddings as long as it is made in writing. The agreement will then be cancelled. The penalty for cancelling in this period is 50% of the total package price.
  15. Cancellations from four weeks to the date of your wedding. The customer may cancel there Agreement with Affordable Dream Weddings as long as it is made in writing. The agreement will then be cancelled. The customer will lose the right to any refund from the said agreement.
  16. Affordable Dream Weddings May offer a payment arrangement to the customer. In the form of a direct debit or standing order. From the customers bank account paid directly in to Affordable Dream Weddings Bank Account. It is the customer’s responsibility to continue making payments until the amount owing is paid in full. If the customer fails to pay in full prior to the eight weeks before there wedding date. Affordable Dream Weddings may charge reasonable expenses incurred either by the bank in the form of bank charges or for extra administration costs. Affordable Dream Weddings may also cancel the wedding if you fail to adhere to these conditions, With no refund being available.
  17. Affordable Dream Weddings has the right to cancel wedding plans if the customer fails to pay the balance in full by the agreed date. With no refund being available to the customer.
  18. Affordable Dream Weddings Cannot be held responsible for disruptions to your Wedding day through acts of god e.g. (Hurricane etc).
  19. Affordable Dream Weddings Accepts Full Responsibility For Wedding Agents/Planners it uses in the U.S.A
  20. Weddings which are paid in full at time of booking will receive a 5% discount.
  21. No variation of these terms and conditions shall be accepted unless given in writing and signed by Douglas Power of Affordable Dream Weddings.
